I have visited intimately with the feeling of “not enoughness” for most of my life. In my active healing journey, I’ve spent a good part of it in resistance to the fact that I have wounds and feelings of unworthiness to begin with. I’ve felt unworthy about my unworthiness (ouch)!! And for a long time I believed/approached “healing” as a process of fixing & improving myself so that one day down the road I could be…free of feeling unworthy and then, “I’ll be more loveable and have the relationship I desire, etc.” Essentially, I was chasing some ideal of “perfection” and working against myself.
And the thing that has helped me find the most peace has not been getting rid of xyz or becoming more “healed.” It’s been simply accepting, and when I can, loving, that these parts exist within me. They are what make me human and in fact lovable and connected to the ones who matter in my life.
And often in accepting what is, those parts don’t have to be so loud anymore.

With a background in mental health counseling and a soul-centered lens of the birth chart, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for deep self-inquiry. This work is not about fixing any part of you. It’s about remembering who you are—whole, wise, and already enough.
